Made up of equal parts of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims, our Cuvée Tradition elegantly combines delicate, refreshing Chardonnay with the power of Pinot Noir.
In the pure Napoléon style, with at least three years of ageing, the Cuvée Tradition is held in particular esteem by Champagne lovers. Its golden yellow colour is the perfect outcome of blending and cellar ageing.
The effervescence is delicate and long-lasting. Notes of pastries and prunes such as mirabelle dominate the nose. Rich and full-bodied with a wonderful balance between freshness and roundness. A very lengthy palate characteristic of an exceptional Champagne.
Perfect as an aperitif, our Cuvée Tradition will also pair with white meat as part of a Champagne meal.
